D-Power Ultra-high Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

D-Power is designed and debugged by R&D team. Its intelligent program brings excellent performance in metal plate processing, with high cutting accuracy, high speed, and easy operation. These advantages can accurately process all kinds of metal plates at a relatively low operating cost. Optional visual edge patrol, safety and collision avoidance, and residual material reproduction functions can better provide customers with an accurate, safe, and low-cost experience. Compared with traditional laser source, it exceeds 30% with higher efficiency owing to its high-performance laser source, which drives the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. 

Laser Cutting Head  

The whole structure is re-optimized for better cutting stability. A newly added monitor function on the protective lens group will alarm in time when there is dust on the lens group to remind the staff to clean it in case of splintering the lens and causing losses. The alarm threshold is adjustable according to the customer's production site to improve the alarm sensitivity and minimize the risk of spoiling the lens. When alarming, the indicator in the cutting head will turn red and the screen display will provide a reminder, ensuring a double guarantee.
